About the Role

GPC Agrochemicals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead and manage the company's social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies, strengthening brand visibility, driving audience engagement, and generating quality leads through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the company's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars.
- Create and oversee engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, carousels, captions, and promotional content.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns for brand awareness, product promotion, engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor audience engagement, comments, messages, and online community interactions.
- Track social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly analytical reports.
- Analyze metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Monitor competitors, industry trends, and emerging social media opportunities.
- Collaborate with design, content, sales, and marketing teams to execute impactful campaigns.
- Maintain consistent brand identity, tone,



and communication across all digital platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, AI tools, content trends, and digital marketing best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of proven experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other major social media platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite / Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics, paid campaigns, engagement, and lead generation.
- Excellent content writing, communication, and campaign management skills.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, projects, and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or other content creation tools.
- Experience in Agriculture, FMCG, Manufacturing, B2B, or related industries is preferred.
- Experience in Reels, Shorts, video content strategy, and influencer marketing.
- Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and marketing analytics.
- Familiarity with AI-powered content creation and social media management tools.
