About the Role

UnFoldMart is looking for a Webflow Developer who has a strong understanding of Webflow and a good sense of UI/UX .

The ideal candidate should be able to take a design from Figma, reference websites, or an existing design concept and accurately replicate it in Webflow . You should also be comfortable making design modifications, improving layouts, and ensuring the final website looks polished, responsive, and consistent across devices.

This role is primarily focused on Webflow development and design implementation .

Key Responsibilities

- Build responsive websites using Webflow .
- Accurately replicate Figma designs and reference websites in Webflow.
- Convert design concepts into clean, functional, and responsive Webflow pages.
- Make design and layout modifications based on client or internal requirements.
- Create and manage Webflow CMS collections where required.
- Build responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Implement animations, interactions, hover effects, transitions, and other Webflow interactions.
- Maintain consistent spacing, typography, alignment, colors, and overall visual hierarchy.
- Understand existing websites and recreate or improve their design in Webflow.
- Make changes to existing Webflow websites without affecting their overall structure or responsiveness.
- Identify and fix layout, responsiveness, and design inconsistencies.
- Ensure websites look and function properly across different screen sizes and browsers.
- Work closely with the design, SEO, content, and marketing teams.
- Make websites visually polished while maintaining good usability and performance.
- Perform website testing and quality checks before launch.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Webflow .




- Valuable understanding of HTML and CSS .
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript is an advantage.
- Experience working with Figma and converting designs into Webflow.
- Strong understanding of responsive website development.
- Good eye for design, spacing, typography, alignment, and visual consistency.
- Ability to accurately replicate designs and make modifications in Webflow.
- Understanding of basic UI/UX principles.
- Good knowledge of Webflow CMS, Components, Classes, Interactions, and responsive settings.

UI/UX Understanding We are not looking for a dedicated UI/UX Designer .

However, you should have a strong enough understanding of UI/UX to know when a layout feels incorrect, inconsistent, or difficult to use.

You should be comfortable with:

- Visual hierarchy
- Typography
- Spacing and alignment
- Responsive layouts
- Design consistency
- User-friendly navigation
- Mobile and tablet adaptation
- Basic usability principles

You should be able to take an existing design and faithfully recreate it while making sensible adjustments when required . What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who:

- Is highly comfortable working in Webflow.
- Has a good eye for design.
- Can replicate designs accurately.
- Can make quick and effective website modifications.




- Understands how designs translate into responsive websites.
- Pays attention to small visual details.
- Can work independently on Webflow projects.
- Can troubleshoot and fix design and responsiveness issues.
- Is comfortable working with Figma and design references.
- Has a willingness to learn and improve.

Valuable to Have

- Experience with Webflow animations and interactions.
- Experience with Webflow CMS.
- Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge.
- Experience working with existing Webflow templates.
- Basic understanding of SEO-friendly website structure.
- Experience with website migrations or redesigns.
- Experience working in a digital agency environment.

Experience 1–3 years of Webflow experience preferred.

Freshers with a solid Webflow portfolio and excellent design implementation skills may also be considered.
