PRIMARY FOCUS - WordPress / WooCommerce , React, Shopify

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, solution-oriented Web Developer who can independently manage website projects from requirement understanding and development through integrations, migration, testing, go-live, troubleshooting, and post-launch support.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in custom Shopify, WordPress/WooCommerce, and React development and should be comfortable building client-specific functionality beyond standard themes, plugins, page builders, and third-party apps.

Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Development & Project Ownership

· Own projects from requirement gathering and technical planning to development, testing, deployment, and live support.

· Develop responsive, scalable, secure, and high-performance websites using Shopify, WordPress/WooCommerce, and React.

· Convert Figma/UI designs into accurate, responsive, production-ready websites.

· Ensure compatibility across major browsers, desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

· Understand custom client requirements and recommend technically feasible, maintainable solutions.

Shopify Development

· Build and customize Shopify themes using Liquid, Shopify 2.0 architecture, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

· Work with metafields, metaobjects, custom sections, blocks, templates, and dynamic content.

· Develop custom functionality for product pages, collections, cart/cart drawer, offers, promotions, custom forms, and other business-specific requirements.

· Integrate Shopify APIs, webhooks, third-party apps, CRM tools, WhatsApp tools, and marketing platforms.

· Troubleshoot Shopify Liquid errors, theme issues, app conflicts, frontend bugs, and integration failures.

WordPress / WooCommerce Development

· Develop and customize WordPress themes, page templates, plugins, and WooCommerce functionality.

· Build custom features using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

· Configure Elementor or similar page builders where required.

· Resolve plugin conflicts, performance issues, responsive issues, and WordPress/WooCommerce errors.

React / Frontend Development

· Build and maintain React-based websites and web applications.

· Create reusable, scalable UI components using React.js, components, hooks, and JavaScript ES6+.

· Integrate REST APIs and third-party services into frontend applications.

· Maintain clean, structured, reusable,



and maintainable code.

Payment, Shipping & Third-Party Integrations

· Integrate and troubleshoot payment gateways such as Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree, Stripe, PayPal, and other client-specific providers.

· Configure shipping/logistics integrations such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, courier APIs, and shipping aggregators.

· Implement pincode/serviceability checks, shipping-rate logic, order tracking, and related workflows.

· Work with REST APIs, webhooks, CRM systems, WhatsApp integrations, analytics tools, and other external services.

Migration, Deployment & Go-Live

· Handle WordPress-to-WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce-to-Shopify, redesign, hosting, and domain migrations.

· Migrate products, customers, orders, content, media, and related data while maintaining data integrity.

· Manage domain configuration, DNS, SSL, hosting/server setup, production deployment, testing, and post-launch monitoring.

· Work safely on existing live websites without disrupting current functionality.

Troubleshooting & Optimization

· Diagnose and resolve website bugs, theme issues, plugin conflicts, Liquid errors, JavaScript/PHP errors, API failures, payment/shipping issues, and responsive problems.

· Identify and resolve performance, loading-speed, and production environment issues.

· Provide ongoing maintenance, technical support, improvements, pre-launch QA, and post-launch troubleshooting.

Required Technical Skills

Shopify: Liquid, Shopify 2.0, custom themes, metafields/metaobjects, sections, blocks, templates, APIs, webhooks, third-party apps, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.

WordPress / WooCommerce: WordPress/WooCommerce development, PHP, custom themes, plugin customization, Elementor or similar builders, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

React / Frontend: React.js, components, hooks, JavaScript ES6+, reusable UI development, responsive development, REST API integration.

Integrations & Deployment: REST APIs, webhooks, payment and shipping APIs, third-party platforms, domain/DNS/SSL, hosting/server setup, migration, deployment, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.





Candidate Should Be Able To

· Independently own projects from development to stable live deployment.

· Translate business and client requirements into practical technical solutions.

· Build custom functionality when plugins, apps, or templates do not meet the requirement.

· Debug complex website, integration, and production issues independently.

· Estimate technical feasibility, dependencies, and limitations clearly.

· Manage multiple development projects and communicate effectively with designers, project managers, clients, and stakeholders.

· Follow clean, maintainable, reusable, and scalable coding practices.

Preferred Experience

· 2–5+ years of hands-on web development experience.

· Strong portfolio of Shopify, WordPress/WooCommerce, and/or React projects.

· Experience with live e-commerce stores, custom e-commerce functionality, Indian payment gateways, and logistics platforms.

· Experience with migration, re-platforming, performance optimization, production support, and SEO-friendly development practices.

Valuable to Have

Git / GitHub cPanel & server management Cloudflare & DNS MySQL / basic database knowledge Node.js familiarity Headless Shopify / React Google Analytics / GTM Meta Pixel & conversion tracking

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a developer who approaches projects as a technical problem solver, not only as a template implementer. The candidate should understand unique client requirements, select the right technical approach, develop custom solutions, handle integrations and migrations, resolve complex issues, and confidently take websites from development to a stable production environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
