Job Title: Warehouse & Store Executive/n Location: Chennai /n Industry: Furniture / Home & Interior Solutions /n Job Type: Full time /n Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month /n We are looking for a responsible and proactive Warehouse & Store Executive to manage our furniture warehouse and product display facility in Chennai. /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and display area.

/n

- Attend and manage customer/client visits at the warehouse.

/n

- Explain our furniture products, finishes, sizes, pricing, and availability to customers.

/n

- Handle telemarketing and customer calling to generate enquiries and appointments.

/n

- Follow up regularly with existing leads and potential customers.

/n

- Maintain proper records of customer visits, enquiries, leads, and follow-ups.

/n





- Prepare and share daily reports of calls, client visits, leads, and follow-up status.

/n

- Coordinate with the sales and management team regarding customer requirements and orders.

/n

- Ensure the product display area remains organized, presentable, and customer-ready.

/n

- Assist with basic stock and warehouse coordination whenever required.

/n /n Preferred Candidate: /n /n

- Good communication and customer-handling skills, basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, comfortable with telecalling and follow-ups, and preferably someone with experience in furniture, retail, showroom, warehouse, or sales-related work.
