LOCATION: The Berry Coworks, Sector 142, Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day warehouse activities including inward, put-away, storage and outward movement of goods.
Ensure proper maintenance and monitoring of inventory and stock records.
Supervise warehouse staff and ensure proper allocation of work.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth and timely dispatch of goods.
Ensure proper warehouse documentation, including GRN, gate passes and dispatch related records.
Monitor stock movement and ensure proper stock handling and storage.
Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
Monitor and control damages, expiry and stock discrepancies.
Ensure proper housekeeping, cleanliness and organized storage within the warehouse. Ensure adherence to warehouse safety practices and company procedures.
Coordinate with QC and Operations teams for smooth movement and handling of goods.
Maintain overall warehouse discipline and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Identify and report operational issues, stock discrepancies and other warehouse related concerns to the reporting manager. Required Skills & Competencies
Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
Ability to supervise and manage warehouse staff.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Ability to maintain proper documentation and records.
Understanding of stock handling, FIFO/FEFO and warehouse processes.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Solid focus on safety, discipline and housekeeping.
Role Expectations The Warehouse Manager is expected to ensure smooth warehouse operations, proper inventory handling, timely dispatches, effective team supervision and compliance with company processes and safety practices.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
