Role Overview

We are looking for a highly responsible and hands-on Warehouse Operations & Fulfilment Manager who can independently manage the entire warehouse operation from receiving inventory and processing orders to dispatch coordination and final delivery.

This role requires someone who remains calm during operational chaos, takes complete ownership, solves problems quickly and ensures that every order is accurately packed, dispatched and properly recorded.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete order fulfilment process, from order receipt to final dispatch and delivery.
- Oversee inward inventory, quality checks, storage, picking, packing, kit assembly and outward movement.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock.
- Monitor inventory levels and regularly reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Create shipments, generate labels and manifests, schedule pickups and track orders through Shiprocket.
- Handle Shiprocket issues including NDRs, delayed shipments, RTOs, weight discrepancies, courier escalations and delivery exceptions.
- Coordinate with courier partners, transporters, suppliers, packaging vendors and other service providers.
- Plan and supervise individual shipments, bulk dispatches and multi-location deliveries.
- Share timely order, dispatch, tracking and delivery data with clients and internal teams.
- Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports covering inventory, fulfilment, dispatches, pending orders, RTOs and delivery status.
- Manage warehouse staff and allocate daily responsibilities for picking, packing and dispatch.
- Ensure correct products,



quantities, sizes, branding and addresses before dispatch.
- Handle urgent orders, last-minute changes, vendor delays and operational escalations.
- Develop and implement SOPs to improve accuracy, turnaround time and warehouse efficiency.
- Take complete ownership of operational problems until they are resolved.

Mandatory Requirements

- Strong, hands-on knowledge of Shiprocket is mandatory.
- Must understand Shiprocket operations end-to-end, including shipment creation, courier selection, manifests, pickup scheduling, tracking, NDR management, RTOs, weight disputes and reporting.
- Prior experience managing warehouse, fulfilment, logistics or e-commerce operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory inward and outward processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to prepare and maintain accurate operational data and MIS reports.
- Strong vendor coordination, team-management and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment with multiple simultaneous dispatches.
- High level of ownership, attention to detail and accountability.

Preferred Experience
- 4–7 years of experience in warehouse, fulfilment, logistics or e-commerce operations.
- At least 1–2 years of experience managing a warehouse or fulfilment team.
- Experience handling corporate merchandise, employee kits, apparel or multi-SKU inventory will be preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems, courier aggregators and warehouse SOPs.

What We Are Looking For We need a manager who does not simply report operational problems but takes ownership and resolves them. The ideal candidate should be organised, data-driven, dependable and capable of running the warehouse without constant supervision.
