We are looking for a Pricing Executive with strong UAE logistics and freight-forwarding experience. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of freight pricing, quotation management, vendor negotiations, and UAE customs and transportation procedures.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Strong familiarity with Air Freight, Sea Freight (FCL/LCL), Land Transport, and Customs Clearance procedures in the UAE.
n
- Obtain competitive buy rates for air, sea, and land freight from shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and transport partners.
n
- Prepare accurate, timely, and commercially viable freight quotations and manage client RFQs in coordination with the sales team.
n
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, peak-season surcharges, and General Rate Increases (GRI) .
n
- Maintain and regularly update internal rate sheets, tariffs,



and pricing databases within logistics software.
n
- Coordinate closely with Sales and Operations teams to support business conversion and ensure smooth shipment handovers.
n
- Maintain strong relationships with active clients and support repeat business through competitive pricing and responsive service.
n
- Use Microsoft Excel and logistics ERP systems such as CargoWise, Ipack , or similar platforms for pricing and rate management.

Required Skills

- Robust UAE/Dubai freight-forwarding experience.

- Good understanding of international freight pricing and logistics operations.

- Strong Excel and numerical aptitude .

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong commercial negotiation and vendor management abilities.

- Ability to work efficiently in a work-from-home environment .
