The Project Monitoring & Coordinator will support the end-to-end monitoring, tracking, documentation, and reporting of hospitality projects across pre-development, design, fit-out, refurbishment, and operational improvement initiatives.

Key Deliverables:

1. Project Tracking & Progress Monitoring
n

- Maintain and update detailed project schedules and trackers.
n
- Track progress against timelines, budgets, drawings, procurement schedules.
n
- Highlight delays and risks.
n
- Coordinate collection of weekly site photographs and progress reports.
n
n
2. Coordination with Internal & External Stakeholders
n
n
- Act as coordination point among internal departments and consultants.
n
- Liaise for timely submission of drawings, BOQs, samples, approvals.
n
n
3. Documentation, Approvals & Governance
n
n
- Maintain organized records of drawings, MOMs, approvals.
n
- Track and document all change orders.
n
- Support preparation of presentations and reports.
n
n

Budget & Procurement Support
n
n
- Assist in collating project budgets and cost updates.
n
- Track vendor contracts, POs, payments.
n
- Maintain Capex tracking sheets.
n
n
5. Quality, Compliance & Site Readiness
n
n
- Monitor adherence to brand guidelines and technical standards.
n
- Coordinate snagging and compliance documentation.
n
n
6. Reporting & MIS
n
n
- Prepare dashboards on progress, risks, budgets.
n
- Consolidate reports for leadership reviews.
n

Qualifications:
n
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Architecture/Construction), Project Management.
n
PG in Project Management or PMP/Prince2 is preffered.
n
Work Experience:
n
n
- 8–14 years of architectural design experience.
n
- At least 12 years relevant experience.
n
- Experience in Real Estate (Hospitality) / International Hotel Brands.
