Job Description – Techno-Commercial Executive-Power Trading

Location: Delhi

Experience: 5–10 Years

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide techno-commercial support to the Business Development team for customer acquisition and deal execution.
n
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, bids, quotations, presentations, and pricing models.
n
- Draft, review, and coordinate execution of commercial agreements, including Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), Power Sale Agreements (PSA), NDAs, MoUs, and other customer contracts, in coordination with the Legal team.
n
- Coordinate with Trading, Scheduling, Regulatory, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer transactions.
n
- Conduct commercial feasibility analysis, market research, tariff analysis, and support deal structuring.
n
- Maintain customer documentation, commercial records, and MIS for ongoing business.
n




- Support negotiations by providing commercial inputs and ensuring timely closure of contractual documentation.
n
- Building relationships with utilities, EPC contractors, industrial clients, consultants, and government agencies
n
- Monitoring market trends, competitors, and regulatory development
n

Desired Profile

n

n
- 5–12 years of experience in the power sector with exposure to techno-commercial activities, contract management, or business development support.
n
- Solid understanding of Power Trading, Open Access, Renewable Energy, PPAs/PSAs, regulatory framework, and industrial power procurement.
n
- Experience in drafting and managing commercial contracts and proposals.
n
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
