n n n Guiding teams and stakeholders through digital transformations or the adoption of new AI tools.
n n n Financial Insight: Managing complex project budgets, vendor contracts, resource allocation, insight into project billable
n n n Proactive Problem-Solving: Removing roadblocks and designing adaptive solutions when technical constraints threaten the timeline.
