n Talent Glider is hiring Customer Support Executives for our International Voice Process (Career Counseling). You will interact with U.S.-based clients, understand their requirements, provide career guidance, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
n Key Responsibilities:
n Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients.
n Understand customer needs and provide suitable career solutions.
n Resolve queries professionally and maintain customer satisfaction.
n Follow up with prospective clients and update CRM records.
n Achieve quality and performance targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.
n Requirements:
n Excellent English communication skills.
n Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.
n Robust listening and problem-solving skills.
n International voice process experience is preferred.
