n About the Role
n We are looking for a Customer Experience Executive who is passionate about building meaningful relationships with customers and delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint.
n In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently while creating a seamless and delightful experience throughout their journey with Iron Lady.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
n Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism.
n Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.




n Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
n Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records using CRM and support tools.
n Identify recurring customer concerns and share insights to improve processes and customer experience.
n Build long-term relationships with customers through proactive communication and support.
n n What We're Looking For
n n Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Customer Experience, or a similar role.
n Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
n Customer-first mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
n Experience working with CRM platforms or customer support tools is an added advantage.
n Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
n Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment.
