- Role: E-Commerce Blended Process

- Location: Mohali, Punjab(On-site)
n
- Shifts: Rotational Shift (5 Days Working, 2 Rotational Offs)
n
- Salary: ₹28,000 CTC
n
- During Training - 20k In-hand
n
- Post Training - 23k In-hand
n
- PLI - 2k applicable after 3months
n

Key Requirements:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Valuable understanding of customer handling and voice support.
n
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
n
- Ability to resolve customer queries professionally.
n
- Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply!

- Handle customer queries and concerns through Chat & Email.

- Provide timely, clear and accurate resolutions.
