Qualification n

n
- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing (Mandatory)
n
- Valid State Nursing Council Registration
n
- 1–4 years of clinical nursing experience
n
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation
n

Job Summary n

The Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering protected, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to patients while ensuring compliance with hospital policies, infection control practices, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Provide direct nursing care to patients as per clinical protocols.
n
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by consultants.
n
- Monitor and document patient condition, vital signs, and progress.
n
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
n
- Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.
n
- Ensure adherence to infection control, patient safety,



and NABH standards.
n
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and discharge care.
n
- Coordinate with doctors and allied healthcare teams for continuity of care.
n
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and availability of nursing equipment and supplies.
n
- Participate in departmental training, quality initiatives, and continuous learning.
