Position Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven individual who can independently manage end-to-end accounting functions, financial reporting, and statutory compliances. The role requires sound technical knowledge, hands-on experience with ERP systems, and strong analytical capabilities for financial decision support.

Responsibilities:

Functional Responsibilities

n

n
- Preparation and review of financial statements (Standalone & Consolidated) in compliance with Ind AS.
n
- Manage general ledger accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monthly reconciliations.
n
- Ensure timely and accurate compliance with GST and TDS regulations.
n
- Prepare insightful MIS reports and dashboards for senior management.
n
- Support in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
n
- Update financial records using accounting software including Zoho Books and QuickBooks.
n
- Drive improvements in internal controls and accounting processes.
n
- Coordinate with auditors and consultants for statutory and internal audits.
n
- Oversee statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and ROC filings, ensuring adherence to applicable laws.

Personal Attributes and Experience

n

n




- 1-4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles. Preferable in Manufacturing field.
n
- Strong foundation in Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), GST, and TDS.
n
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and dashboard creation.
n
- Experience in working with ERP platforms like SAP, Tally, or Zoho Books.
n
- Ability to manage timelines, multitask, and communicate effectively across teams.
n

Qualifications:

n

n
- Accounting graduation is a must. PG is desirable though not essential.
n
- Semi-qualified CMA or CA candidates will have an added advantage.
n
- Experience in any of the above roles / activities.
n
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
n
- Proficiency in various accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
n
- Strong commitment and willingness to work in a start-up mode.
n
