Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage Oracle projects using Agile methodology, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

- Plan, organize, and execute project tasks, coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Oversee Oracle implementation, rollouts, and upgrades, providing expert guidance and support.

- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and agile work environment.

- Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to management and clients.

- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring effective issue resolution.

- Maintain strong communication with clients, understanding their needs and requirements.

Qualifications:

- 8-12 years of experience in Oracle project management, with a strong focus on Agile methodology.

- Hands-on experience in Oracle implementation, rollouts, and upgrades, demonstrating successful project deliveries.

- Proven track record in managing and leading cross-functional teams, fostering a cooperative culture.

- Excellent knowledge of Agile principles and practices, with the ability to adapt and apply them effectively.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, including risk management and issue tracking.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely deliveries.

- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills, identifying and resolving complex issues.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new Oracle technologies and industry best practices.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
