Job Description Job Title: Project Manager n Location: Andheri (West) n Department: Projects / Engineering n Qualification: B.E. Mechanical / B. Tech Mechanical n Experience: 15–20 years (Pharma Industry) n Mandatory: Proven experience in Greenfield pharmaceutical projects n n Role Overview n The Project Manager – Mechanical will be responsible for end-to-end execution of pharmaceutical projects with a strong focus on mechanical systems, utilities, and process equipment. The role requires hands-on expertise in greenfield/brownfield project execution, particularly in regulated pharma environments. n n Key Responsibilities n Project Execution & Management n n Lead greenfield pharmaceutical projects from concept to commissioning and qualification. n Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables w.r.to MS projects, Primavera software’s.. n Ensure projects are delivered within budget, timeline, and quality standards. n Coordinate with cross-functional teams including QA, Production, R&D;, and Regulatory. n n Design & Engineering n n Review and finalize engineering designs, documents and designs received from technical consultant: n HVAC systems (cleanroom environments) n Utility systems (WFI, pure steam, compressed air, vacuum, chilled water) n Expertise in utility capacity and efficiency calculations. n Process equipment (filling lines, sterilizers, isolators, etc.) n Process equipment for formulation of Liquid orals, Tablets and Capsules.



n Expertise in Energy saving concepts. n Ensure compliance with cGMP, USFDA, WHO, EU GMP guidelines. n n Procurement & Vendor /Development n n Prepare URS n Review of Technical specifications and tender documents. n Evaluate technical bids and conduct technical discussions. n Monitor vendor performance, FAT/SAT activities, and timely delivery. n Development of new venders. n n Budgeting & Cost Control n n Prepare and manage project budgets. n Track expenditures and implement cost-control measures. n Ensure optimum utilization of resources. n n Risk & Safety Management n n Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. n Ensure adherence to EHS and safety standards at project sites. n n n Key Skills & Competencies n n Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical facility design (OSD & parenteral) n Expertise in greenfield project execution n Technical knowledge of mechanical systems & utilities in pharma n Project planning and scheduling tools (MS Project or equivalent) n Expertise in AutoCAD 2 D and 3 D software’s. n Co-ordination with technical /engineering consultant, site team and vendors for resolving technical problems and also timely project execution n Excellent cross-functional coordination and leadership abilities n Understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements. n n n Interested candidates can apply or share their profiles via LinkedIn or email -.
