Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and resolve queries professionally.
- Follow up for pending documents, payments, and information.
- Verify customer documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Update customer information in internal systems.
- Assist with repayment-related queries and follow-ups.
- Remind overdue customers about pending payments politely.
- Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and updates.
- Maintain professional communication and customer service standards.
Eligibility:
- Fresh Graduates from any stream.
- Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.(Mandatory)
- Knowledge of an additional regional language is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable with phone-based customer interaction.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
