Job Title - Senior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end design and uploading process for all project materials,

following best practices for content management systems
- Conceptualize and create visual designs based on business and marketing requirements
- Develop high-quality illustrations, logos, creatives, infographics, and marketing collaterals using design software or by hand
- Design skilled corporate presentations (PPTs) for senior management, sales pitches, client proposals, and internal communications
- Ensure effective use of colours, typography, layouts, and branding guidelines across all creatives
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketing teams,



and creative leads to deliver final designs
- Test and optimize graphics across multiple platforms (digital, print, presentations,

social media)
- Incorporate feedback efficiently and revise designs within tight timelines
- Ensure all final outputs are visually appealing, consistent, and aligned with brand identity
- Apply trend intelligence and market knowledge (historical and current) while designing creatives
- Mentor or guide junior designers when required (Senior-level responsibility)

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in graphic design (agency or corporate preferred)
- Strong expertise in presentation design (PPT mandatory) storytelling, layout structuring, and executive-level visuals
- Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop (Dreamweaver is an added advantage)
- Solid organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
- Willingness to continuously upgrade skills through learning and training
