- Understanding of W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work with targets and meet deadlines.
- Experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn is preferred.
