: Travel Operations Specialist INTL Voice (GDS)

Job Summary

We are looking for Travel Operations Specialists with expertise in air customer support operations covering new booking, products & ancillaries, special service requests, cancellation & refunds, exchanges, and post-booking support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amadeus (Mandatory) & Galileo (Would be an add-on), robust knowledge of fare rules, BSP/ARC processes, and the ability to manage end-to-end booking support accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Sound understanding of travel terminologies, including trip types, flight types, frequent flyer programs, DGCA, and ICAO regulations
- Proficiency in PNR creation across all passenger categories (PTC) with applicable pricing codes: Adult, Senior, Child, Unaccompanied Minor, Infant, Student, Military, etc.
- Clear understanding of ARC and BSP
- Working knowledge of various pricing commands, including IT fares, BT fares, negotiated fares, bulk fares and published fares
- In-depth knowledge of fare rules and fare categories
- Ability to interpret ticket images, including coupon status, fare basis code, and fare calculation line/fare ladder
- Proficiency in full and partial exchanges (reissue and revalidation), cancellations, and refunds
- Experience in identification & managing voluntary and involuntary changes and cancellations,



including schedule changes and IRROPS
- Hands-on experience with EMD issuance
- Hands-on experience with NDC and LCC change and cancellation processes (SPRK, Travel Fusion)

Required Qualifications
- Communication Skills
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM with 85% accuracy.
- Good understanding of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and written communication.
- Ability to clear assessments covering grammar, spelling, punctuation, passage reconstruction, and essay writing.
- Versant Score of 5 or above preferred.

Preferred Qualification
- Minimum6 months of experience in New Booking, Cancellation & Refunds, Exchanges, Post-Booking Support on Amadeus (Mandatory)
