Solution Analyst/Software Specialist to be the critical link between our business needs and our technological solutions, serving as a key driver of our digital transformation journey. This role will work closely with our Business Analysts (BAs) and other stakeholders to ensure that the technology we select and implement directly supports and accelerates our process improvement initiatives and overall business evolution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Driving Digital Transformation through Technology Selection:

- Collaboration with BAs: Partner with Business Analysts to understand and translate documented business process improvements and digital transformation requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Research & Evaluation: Proactively research and evaluate off-the-shelf software, tools, and platforms, with a keen focus on solutions that enable digital transformation by improving operational efficiency, enhancing user experience, and unlocking new business capabilities.
- Vendor Management: Manage the entire vendor selection process, including identifying potential solutions, scheduling and conducting product demonstrations, and performing comprehensive cost-benefit analyses to support sound investment decisions in our digital future.
- Technical Liaison: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for vendors during the pre-implementation phase, ensuring clear communication and alignment on technical specifications that will support our digital transformation roadmap.

2. Implementation and Deployment of Digital Solutions:

- System Configuration: Lead the configuration and setup of new digital systems to align with evolving business processes and requirements identified by the BA team.
- Data Migration: Oversee and execute data migration strategies,



ensuring a smooth and accurate transition of data from legacy systems to current, modern platforms, which is a critical step in any digital transformation.
- Technical Support: Collaborate with internal IT teams and vendors to resolve any technical issues that arise during implementation, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal disruption to our digital transformation efforts.

3. Maintenance, Optimization, and Continuous Digital Improvement:

- Ongoing Management: Act as the internal subject matter expert for implemented systems, providing ongoing support and technical guidance to ensure the sustained success of our digital transformation.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization, new features, or integrations that can further support process improvement goals and the continuous advancement of our digital transformation.
- Troubleshooting: Address and resolve technical issues, acting as the primary point of contact for system-related problems post-launch to maintain the integrity of our digital ecosystem.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a similar role (e.g., Solution Analyst, Software Specialist).
- Demonstrated experience in the full software development or implementation lifecycle, with a focus on projects related to digital transformation.
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to quickly understand new software and technologies that contribute to a modern digital landscape.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, fostering a shared vision for digital transformation.
- Experience with project management principles and practices, particularly in an environment focused on digital projects.
