Team Lead Data Annotation / AI-ML

Job Summary

We are hiring Team Leads to manage and guide teams working on Data Annotation and AI/ML Data Labeling projects. The candidate will be responsible for team performance, workload allocation, quality, productivity, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and motivate a team of annotators.
- Allocate workloads and monitor daily targets.
- Track productivity, quality, attendance, and performance.
- Ensure timely project delivery as per quality standards.
- Conduct team meetings and provide coaching/feedback.
- Resolve operational and team-related issues.
- Coordinate with Quality and Operations teams.
- Support team onboarding and training.
- Maintain team reports and trackers using MS Excel.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in Data Annotation / Data Labeling.
- Knowledge of 3D LiDAR, Object Detection, Lane Detection, Road Sign Recognition, Semantic Segmentation, and ADAS.




- Prior Team Lead / Team Management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's Degree with 60% and above.
- Willingness to work in night shifts and from the Hyderabad office.

CTC: Up to 4.5 LPA depending on experience and interview performance.
