We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with strong end-to-end IT recruitment experience.

Candidate Requirements

25 years of relevant IT Recruitment experience

Consultancy / Staffing background is mandatory

Strong experience in end-to-end IT recruitment

Hands-on experience in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals

Strong candidate screening, interview coordination and follow-up skills

Positive understanding of technical/IT requirements

Strong communication, convincing and negotiation skills





Ability to work with multiple requirements and meet hiring TATs

Immediate joiners are strongly preferred

IMPORTANT: Candidates with only corporate/in-house recruitment experience will NOT be considered.

Consultancy/Staffing recruitment experience is mandatory.
