The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent across various technologies and experience levels. This role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of the IT recruitment lifecycle.

Freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the field of recruitment and possess strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment process for various IT positions.
- Understand job requirements from hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with technical teams.




- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Required skills:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive understanding of recruitment and IT technologies.
- Experience in hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Testing, Networking, AI/ML, SAP, Salesforce, Full Stack Development.
