Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification 12th & Graduation.
- Experience in Tele Sales, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus.
1. Salary: Up to 30k CTC + Variables
2. Language: English & Telugu both.

Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and handle inbound & outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Provide detailed information about the features and benefits of insurance policies and sell insurance products and services to potential clients.
- Meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards related to insurance sales.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products, services, and sales techniques.
