- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willing to work in US shifts

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers through Chat Support
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, operating system, and application-related issues
- Assist customers with product installation, configuration, and account setup
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction




- Document customer interactions accurately and meet quality and SLA targets
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams
