Job Summary :We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented Freshers to join our US Medical Billing team as AR Callers. This is an excellent chance to build a rewarding career in the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact US insurance companies to follow up on outstanding medical claims.
- Verify claim status and payment information.
- Resolve claim denials, rejections, and payment-related issues.
- Coordinate with provider offices whenever required.
- Document call outcomes accurately in the billing system.
- Meet productivity and quality targets.
- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and company policies.
Eligibility:
- Any Graduate (Freshers can apply)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic excel knowledge .
- Willingness to work in Night Shifts(5.30 Pm -2.30 Am)
- Positive attitude,
willingness to learn, and good analytical skills..
