Role & responsibilities

- Contact bank-provided leads and existing customers through outbound calls.
- Explain health insurance products and benefits to potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Generate sales opportunities and achieve assigned business targets.
- Follow up with interested customers to ensure conversion.
- Adhere to compliance and regulatory guidelines while selling insurance products.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and maintain skilled communication.
- Educating the customers online regarding health policy buying process
- To be focused on the quality of call and to give customer a better experience
- Develop product presentations and demonstrations to customer
