We are seeking a skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer to join our agile team. As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) technology stack. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet client requirements and business objectives. • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to translate user requirements into functional API • Develop and maintain server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js. • Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.js.



• Work with MongoDB to design and implement efficient database models and queries. • Develop RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between the front-end and back-end components. • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and other technical problems. • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the development process. What you must have? • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience. • 2- 3 years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development. • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies. • Strong experience with React.js and Node.js. - Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration. • Solid understanding of database design and querying using MongoDB. • Exposure to AWS Serverless technologies – lambda functions, RDS, S3, Step Functions is desired. • Experience with version control systems such as Git. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Good communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Previous experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
