We're Hiring: Red Line Check (RLC) Auditor | 15–20 Years of Experience

At Edifice Consultants Pvt. Ltd., we believe that exceptional projects begin with exceptional documentation. We are looking for a highly experienced Red Line Check (RLC) Auditor to lead quality assurance for construction documentation across some of India's most prestigious projects.

If you're an Architect or Civil Engineer with extensive experience in construction drawings, detailing, and design coordination, and have a sharp eye for quality and precision, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Conduct comprehensive Red Line Checks (RLC) of Good for Construction (GFC) drawings to ensure accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project standards.
n
- Identify design gaps, coordination issues, and documentation risks before they impact site execution.
n
- Establish and drive high-quality documentation standards across multiple projects.
n
- Collaborate closely with Design Teams, Project Heads, and Vertical Heads to continuously enhance drawing quality and design coordination.

Project Exposure

You'll have the opportunity to contribute to a diverse portfolio of landmark projects, including: Residential & Commercial Developer Projects, Luxury Hotels & Premium Residences,• Hospitals & Healthcare Facilities, Data Centres and Boutique & High-End Projects

Who We're Looking For

n

n
- 15–20 years of experience in Architecture or Civil Engineering
n
- Strong expertise in construction documentation, detailing, and GFC drawings
n
- Thorough understanding of design coordination, constructability, and quality control
n
- A meticulous qualified with a strong ownership mindset and commitment to excellence
n
