Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Airframe Systems? Join our Engineering team and lead the successful execution of complex aerospace programs involving Landing Gear, Hydraulics, Actuation, Fuel Systems, and Environmental Control Systems (ECS).

Key Responsibilities

n

As the Project Manager – Airframe Systems, you will be responsible for the complete project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Lead end-to-end project execution for Airframe Systems development programs.
n
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
n
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans using MS Project or Primavera.
n
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, Quality, Legal, and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS).
n
- Monitor project performance, schedules, costs, risks, and resource utilization.
n
- Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and change management activities.
n
- Manage supplier engagements including RFIs, RFPs, contracts, and performance tracking.
n
- Support technical design reviews, verification activities, testing campaigns, and production readiness.
n




- Ensure compliance with aerospace regulations including FAA, EASA, and applicable defense standards.
n
- Present project status, key risks, and performance metrics to senior leadership and customers.
n
- Manage customer expectations while ensuring contractual commitments are achieved.
n
- Apply industry-standard project management methodologies including PMI, Agile, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
n
- Promote continuous improvement across project execution, governance, and reporting.
n
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
n

Required Qualifications

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace engineering (or) Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
n
- Master's Degree is an advantage.
n
- 8–19 years of Project Management experience within Aerospace or Defense.
n
- Proven experience managing Airframe Systems development projects.
n

Solid understanding of:

Landing Gear Systems

Hydraulic Systems

n

Actuation Systems

n

Fuel Systems

n

Environmental Control Systems (ECS)

n

- Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering programs from development through delivery.
n

n

Preferred Skills

n

n
- Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
n
- Hands-on experience with: MS Project, Primavera, SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
n
- Experience with project risk management and mitigation strategies.
n
- Knowledge of aerospace certification processes (FAA/EASA).
n
- Familiarity with defense standards and military programs.
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
n
- PMP Certification (preferred).
