About the Role

n

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Project Executive who will be responsible for BOQ preparation, costing, and project coordination for interior fit-out projects. The candidate should have a strong understanding of interior design, estimation, and execution alignment.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Prepare accurate BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and project quotations
n
- Perform cost estimation and budgeting for interior projects
n
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams
n
- Ensure alignment between design plans and project costing
n
- Work with vendors to obtain pricing and material details
n
- Track project costs and support in cost control and optimization
n
- Assist in project planning and execution support
n




- Maintain documentation and ensure accuracy in reports and estimates
n

n

Qualifications

n

n
- 2 – 5 years of experience in interior fit-out / estimation / quantity surveying
n
- Age below 32 years
n
- Background in Interior Design / Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying
n
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, BOQ, and quotation preparation
n
- Experience in residential interior projects
n
- Positive understanding of materials, costing, and execution workflow
n
- Strong analytical and communication skills
n
