Your Role

- Deliver engaging sessions on Healthcare Management (HM) & AI , aligned with the academic curriculum.
n
- Teach key topics such as hospital operations, patient coordination, HR, billing, inventory, procurement, supply chain, digital literacy, AI, and healthcare data analytics .
n
- Clarify student doubts and help learners connect concepts with real-world healthcare scenarios.
n
- Conduct classroom activities, discussions, assessments, and provide regular feedback on student performance.
n
- Maintain attendance, academic records, and other required documentation.
n
- Work closely with the Campus Academics team to ensure smooth academic delivery.
n
- Implement feedback to continuously improve teaching and student learning outcomes.
n

Who We’re Looking For-

n

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management / Hospital Administration .
n
- Strong understanding of hospital operations and healthcare management practices .
n
- Knowledge of AI tools and their applications in healthcare is preferred.
n
- Positive communication, classroom facilitation, and student engagement skills .
n
- Prior experience in teaching, training, mentoring, or academic facilitation is preferred.
n
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
n
- A growth mindset and openness to feedback.
