Position : Business Development Executive – Joint Venture & Redevelopment

Location: Chennai

Industry: Real Estate – Joint Venture (JV) & Redevelopment

Reporting To: Managing Director- Rams Real Estate

n

Compensation: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

n

Business Development

n

n
- Generate and convert enquiries from prospective property owners.
n
- Meet property owners at their residences or project sites.
n
- Explain Rams Real Estate‘s redevelopment and Joint Venture offerings.
n
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
n
- Build long-term relationships with owners throughout the redevelopment journey.
n
- Follow up consistently to improve conversion rates.

Customer Relationship Management

n

n
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective owners.
n
- Ensure a qualified and positive customer experience at every interaction.
n
- Address customer queries promptly and coordinate internal support where required.
n




- Maintain regular communication until agreement execution.
n

Planning & Execution

n

n
- Plan daily customer meetings and site visits efficiently.
n
- Maintain an updated pipeline of leads and prospects.
n
- Track every stage of customer engagement.
n
- Ensure timely closure of agreed action items.
n
- Coordinate documentation requirements with internal teams.
n

Internal Coordination

n

n
- Work closely with the Managing Director on priority projects.
n
- Coordinate with the Design Team for concept plans and customer presentations.
n
- Liaise with Legal, Projects, and CRM teams whenever required.
n
- Ensure customer commitments are fulfilled within agreed timelines.
n

Reporting

n

n
- Maintain CRM records accurately.
n
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business development reports.
n
- Track enquiry status, follow-ups, and conversion progress.
n
- Highlight risks, delays, and customer concerns proactively.
n
