n About the Role:
n Innopay Technologies' Lending Vertical operates as a Lending Service Provider (LSP) offering Personal Loan products in partnership with various banks & NBFCs. We are looking for energetic Telecallers to drive loan conversions by engaging customers across the loan journey from marketing-generated leads to journey drop-offs and database calling.
n Key Responsibilities:
n • Call customers who drop off at various stages of the Personal Loan application journey, understand reasons for drop-off, resolve queries, and assist them in completing their application.
n • Handle and convert inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns within defined turnaround times.
n • Make outbound calls on assigned databases to generate interest and qualified leads for Personal Loan products.
n • Explain product features, eligibility, interest rates, fees, and documentation requirements clearly and accurately.
n • Guide customers step-by-step through the digital loan application journey, including KYC and document submission.




n • Follow up systematically with prospects and maintain accurate call dispositions in the CRM/dialer system.
n • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for connects, conversions, and disbursals.
n • Adhere to call quality standards, scripts, and all regulatory and compliance guidelines
n • Share customer feedback and drop-off insights with product and marketing teams to improve funnel conversion.
n Required Skills & Qualifications:
n • 1 - 3 years in telecalling / telesales, in Personal Loans in fintech or NBFC
n • Fluency in any 3 of: English, Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, Marathi, Telugu.
n • Solid communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
n • Good understanding of personal loans- eligibility, KYC, credit bureau basics
n • Comfortable working with dialers, CRM tools, and basic computer applications.
n • Target-driven attitude with the discipline to handle high call volumes.
n • Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred.
