About the Role Are you looking to work on innovative, high-impact structural projects? DEVANG SUTARIA ASSOCIATES is expanding, and we are looking for passionate Structural Design Engineers across multiple experience levels to join our Mumbai team on an immediate basis.

n

Whether you are a junior engineer looking to build a strong foundation or a senior engineer ready to drive complex projects, you will get hands-on exposure to High-rise residential, Commercial, Mixed-use, Institutional , Healthcare, Hospitality , Public buildings , High end bungalows and Industrial structures

n

Key Responsibilities

n

· Concept & Design: Develop preliminary structural schemes and prepare Design Basis Reports (DBR) under senior guidance.

n

· Analysis & Modeling: Perform 3D structural analysis using ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, and RCDC, backed by rigorous manual sanity checks.

n

· Interdisciplinary Coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with architects, MEP consultants, and CAD technicians to ensure flawless project execution.

n

· Project Management & Site Support:



Prepare BOQs/ Material Take-offs, resolve site RFIs promptly, and conduct periodic site visits and write detailed site reports.

n

Qualifications & Experience

n

· M.E. / M.Tech in Structural Engineering with 2 to 5 years of experience in RCC, steel, or composite structures OR

n

· B.E. Civil with 3 to 6 years of experience in a structural consulting firm.

n

Required Skills & Software Mastery

n

· Software: Hands-on proficiency with ETABS, PROTECTED, STAAD, RCDC, CAD, and MS Office.

n

· Design Codes: Strong working knowledge of IS Codes (IS 456, IS 1893, IS 13920, IS 800).

n

· Key Attributes: Excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative, ownership-driven mindset.
