Public Relations at El Sol Strategic Consultants [ESSC]

Leadership & Team Management:

n

● Provide strategic leadership to junior associates, consultants, and interns, ensuring effective management and mentorship.

n

● Enforce adherence to ESSC's policies, qualified ethics, and industry best practices.

n

Client & Media Relations:

n

● Develop and execute media relations strategies to secure top-tier placements across print, digital, and broadcast media.

n

● Maintain and leverage a robust network of media contacts, industry influencers, and thought leaders.

n

Business Development & Strategy:

n

● Identify and explore new business opportunities, preparing and presenting proposals to potential clients.

n

Event & Campaign Management:

n

● Oversee the planning and execution of high-impact PR campaigns, press conferences, and industry events.

n

● Monitor campaign performance, generating post-event analysis and recommendations for improvement.

n

Content Creation & Thought Leadership:

n

● Guide the development of compelling content, including press releases, articles, white papers, and reports.

n





Digital & Social Media Integration:

n

● Collaborate with the digital marketing team to enhance PR efforts through online platforms and social media channels.

n

● Lead the development of multi-channel marketing strategies that integrate traditional and digital PR.

n

Financial & Operational Oversight:

n

● Manage budgets for PR campaigns, sponsorships, and marketing initiatives.

n

● Negotiate and manage contracts with media partners, vendors, and key stakeholders.

n

Client Retention & Satisfaction:

n

● Ensure 100% client satisfaction through exceptional service and consistent value delivery.

n

● Address client concerns proactively, ensuring issues are resolved with strategic solutions.

n

Knowledge Management & Industry Networking:

n

● Stay abreast of the latest developments in PR, media, and marketing industries.

n

● Build and maintain a network of media professionals, industry influencers, and strategic partners.

n

Crisis Management & Risk Mitigation:

n

● Lead crisis communication planning and execution for clients.

n

● Develop contingency plans for potential PR challenges, ensuring readiness for unforeseen events.

Location: Santacruz West, Mumbai

Days: Monday - Friday, (last Saturday working)

n

Time: 9:30am - 6:00pm
