Key Responsibilities

n

Service Operations Management

n

n
- Oversee service activities for all Domestic O&M; service contracts across India.
n
- Support renewal of existing service contracts and identify service growth opportunities.
n
- Ensure adherence to KPIs, operational excellence, and service commitments.
n
- Monitor operating costs, account receivables, and Budget vs Actual performance.
n

n

Customer & Account Management

n

n
- Manage key customer accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
n
- Develop and sustain positive customer references and lighthouse accounts.
n
- Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
n

n

Technical Support

n

n
- Provide technical services support to execution teams for all technical matters.
n
- Guide teams on process optimization, troubleshooting, and operational improvements.
n




- Support project and service teams in resolving complex technical challenges.
n

n

Financial & Commercial Management

n

n
- Monitor account receivables and support timely revenue realization.
n
- Ensure seamless cash outflow disbursements to suppliers within IWS.
n
- Support cost optimization initiatives and commercial compliance.
n

n

Site Audits & Compliance

n

n
- Conduct site audits as and when required for existing customers and current prospects.
n
- Ensure compliance with operational, quality, and safety standards.
n
- Review audit findings and recommend corrective actions for continuous improvement.
n

n

Training & Development

n

n
- Conduct technical and operational training programs to enhance team capabilities.
n
- Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across service locations.
n

n

Must-Have Skills & Experience

n

n
- 15+ years of experience in O&M;, technical services, service operations, or water treatment projects.
n
- Strong experience in managing multi-location service contracts and customer accounts.
n
- Proven expertise in technical support, site audits, and operational excellence.
n
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, receivables management, and contract renewals.
n
- Strong customer management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Willingness to travel across project and customer sites as required.
