Job Summary:

n

Solize is looking for a Leader – Technical who is responsible for providing technical

n

leadership for Dassault Systèmes solutions [ Both Pre & Post Sales] by driving technical

n

excellence, product expertise, customer support, issue resolution, and capability &

n

competency development. The role focuses on mentoring technical teams, managing

n

complex technical escalations, ensuring adherence to best practices, and serving as a

n

trusted technical advisor to customers and internal stakeholders. Leader – Technical will

n

act as the face of SOLIZE, interfacing and working closely with the internal sales teams,

n

Dassault Systemes Technical teams as well as Brand teams to deliver value to

n

customers.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

• Technical Leadership:

n

- Provide technical leadership across Dassault Systèmes products and related

n

technologies. Guide and mentor the team of engineers in diagnosing and

n

resolving complex product & application related issues. Establish technical

n

standards, documentation, and best practices. Review technical solutions

n

and recommend improvements for performance, scalability, and

n

maintainability. Act as the highest technical escalation point for critical

n

customer issues.

n

• Customer Technical Engagement

n





- Lead technical Pre & Post Sales alongside the sale team helping & supporting

n

them on day-to-day basis. Ensure timely resolution of customer escalations

n

while meeting service-level commitments. Monitor recurring issues and

n

identify long-term corrective actions. Improve technical support processes

n

and knowledge management practices.

n

• Team Leadership:

n

- Mentor Technical Consultants, Support Engineers, and Product Specialists.

n

Conduct technical reviews and coaching sessions. Identify competency gaps

n

and develop technical learning plans. Support recruitment and onboarding of

n

technical resources. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and

n

continuous learning.

n

• Knowledge Management & Continuous improvement:

n

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and

n

knowledge articles. Promote knowledge sharing across teams. Build reusable

n

technical assets and diagnostic procedures. Standardize troubleshooting

n

methodologies and support processes.

n

- Evaluate new Dassault Systèmes product releases and features. Recommend

n

improvements to support methodologies and operational efficiency. Drive

n

automation initiatives for monitoring, diagnostics, and reporting. Encourage

n





adoption of industry's best practices and emerging technologies.

n

Requirements - Skills & Qualifications

n

Must Have:

n

• 10 – 15 years of experience in a similar role of leading a technical team in the

n

engineering software domain, preferably from the Dassault Systemes eco system

n

with a minimum of 5 years in technical leadership, support, or technical sales

n

role.

n

• Strong understanding of PLM principles and engineering workflows

n

• Strong leadership competencies like technical leadership, Coaching and

n

mentoring, Customer-focused problem solving, Analytical thinking, Decision

n

making, Stakeholder management, Communication and presentation skills,

n

Collaboration across cross-functional teams & Continuous improvement mindset

n

Nice to have/preferred skills and experience

n

• Knowledge of Dassault technologies, including CATIA, DELMIA, BIOVIA &

n

SIMULIA alongside the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform with certifications.

n

• Hands-on experience of working with the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform

n

• Knowledge of CAD Automation technologies EKL and languages like JAVA,

n

MQL and JPO knowledge

n

• Exposure to cloud-hosted enterprise applications.

n

• Good understanding of Hardware, Operating Systemes and Data base

n

management.

n
