JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

-Handle hotel reservation calls and customer queries

-Assist customers with bookings, cancellations & amendments

-Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance

- Convert customer enquiries into successful bookings
- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience
