Clout is a premium Indian denim brand built around one simple idea:

After building a strong customer base in the Indian D2C space, we are now relaunching Clout with a sharper product, stronger identity and bigger ambition.

Content will be one of the biggest drivers of this next phase.

We're not just looking to sell jeans. We're building a brand with a strong visual identity, culture and community around it.

THE ROLE

We are looking for an On-Site Videographer & Video Editor who can take ownership of Clout's day-to-day video content.

This is not just a camera operator role.

We need someone who can:

Think → Shoot → Edit → Improve → Repeat.

You'll work closely with the Founder and Social Media Manager to create content across:

- Instagram Reels
- Stories
- Product videos
- Founder-led content
- Brand films
- Fashion/lifestyle content
- Behind-the-scenes content
- Meta Ads
- Website content
- Product launches & campaigns

⚠️ LEAN TEAM — WE NEED AN OVER-PERFORMER Clout is currently operating with a lean, high-ownership team.

That means everyone needs to contribute beyond a narrow .

We are NOT looking for someone who simply completes assigned tasks.

We need someone who sees an opportunity and takes ownership of it.

If you see an interesting moment — shoot it.

If you think a Reel needs a better hook — suggest it.

If the footage isn't good enough — reshoot it.

If one shoot can become 5 pieces of content — make it happen.

We want an over-performer, not a task-completer.

You should be comfortable working with limited hand-holding, taking initiative and figuring things out yourself.

CAMERA REQUIREMENT — MUST HAVEHaving your own DSLR/Mirrorless camera suitable for professional video production is MANDATORY.

This is a non-negotiable requirement for the role.

Your camera should be capable of producing high-quality footage suitable for:

- Instagram Reels
- Fashion shoots
- Product videos
- Meta Ads
- Brand campaigns
- Founder content

You should also ideally have access to suitable:
- Lenses
- Tripod
- Gimbal
- Lighting
- Microphone/audio equipment

- Shoot high-quality Instagram Reels and short-form content
- Shoot product and fit-focused videos
- Shoot fashion/lifestyle content
- Shoot founder-led content
- Capture behind-the-scenes content
- Cover manufacturing and product development
- Assist in campaign and model shoots
- Shoot Meta Ad creatives
- Capture spontaneous day-to-day brand content

You should have a strong understanding of: Lighting • Composition • Framing • Camera Movement • Storytelling

1. VIDEO EDITING

Take footage from camera → final publish-ready content.

Responsibilities include

- Reels
- Short-form videos
- Founder content
- Product videos
- Meta Ads
- BTS edits
- Brand videos

You should be comfortable with:
- Fast-paced editing
- Captions
- Sound design
- Music selection
- Transitions
- Motion graphics
- Colour correction
- Colour grading
- Creating solid hooks
- Editing for retention

Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro experience required. After Effects is a plus.

1. CONTENT THINKING

This is extremely significant. We don't want someone who simply waits for a brief.

You will be expected to contribute to the creative direction of the content itself.

You should be able to look at a product, situation or piece of footage and think:

"There is a Reel here."

1. MAXIMISE EVERY SHOOT

Because we're a lean team, content efficiency matters.

- Story content
- Static/video creative

You will be expected to actively think about how we can get more content out of every shoot.

This is a fully in office role in Ahmedabad.

You'll work closely with the Founder and Social Media Manager.

Because we're a lean team, you'll have significant exposure to the entire content ecosystem:

Product → Brand → Content → Marketing → Sales

You'll be expected to understand how your work contributes to the larger business.
