We are looking for a Video & Motion Graphics Editor to join our in-house creative team. You will be responsible for editing and producing a wide range of video content — corporate videos, social media videos, podcasts, explainer videos, and interview videos — that supports both the Growth and Enterprise sides of our business. This is a trainee position, ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to build hands-on production experience across formats and clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished corporate videos, social media content, podcasts, explainer videos, and interview videos

- Create motion graphics, lower-thirds, titles, and animated elements to enhance video storytelling
- Colour correct, colour grade, and mix audio to maintain consistent quality across deliverables
- Design supporting graphics and templates in Canva for social and marketing use
- Use Claude Design and other AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting support, and asset creation
- Collaborate with the content and design team to align videos with brand guidelines and client briefs
- Manage project files, versions, and exports in an organised, deadline-driven workflow
- Stay current with editing trends, formats, and tools relevant to short-form and long-form video content

Requirements

TECHINICAL SKILLS:

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Canva
- Claude Design
- Familiarity with other AI-powered creative tools

KNOWLEDGE:

- Understand Video Editing, Transitions, LUTs & Presets, Motion Graphics Trends, UI/UX and Design Trends & Design Standards. Creative thought process, Ability to meet deadlines, Work in a team environment with team leads and client servicing teams.

- Comfortable working across multiple video formats and content types simultaneously
- Curious and quick to learn new tools, including emerging AI-assisted workflows
