Role Description The Video Editor role at Yes Property is a contract, hybrid position based in Bengaluru, with opportunities for partial work from home. In this role, the Video Editor will edit and assemble video footage for property listings, promotional campaigns, social media content, and brand storytelling.

The person will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements, select and organize raw footage, apply transitions, effects, and graphics, and ensure output aligns with brand guidelines. Daily responsibilities include performing color correction and grading, adding motion graphics and titles,



optimizing audio, and preparing videos in formats suitable for various digital platforms.

The Video

Editor will also contribute creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling and maintain an organized library of media assets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production to manage end-to-end post-production workflows.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visually consistent and appealing content across projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging visual elements, titles, and overlays.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing and graphics software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop or similar tools).
- Ability to interpret briefs, follow brand guidelines, and deliver content on tight timelines with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
- Relevant experience in real estate, marketing, or digital content creation is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Film, Media, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
