3-Month Probation — Salary Hike Possible After Review
Waxys is growing, and we’re looking for a Junior Video Editor to join our early creative team.
This role is ideal for freshers or people with early experience who already have a strong editing sense, understand social media content, and want to grow quickly in a startup environment.
What we’re looking for
- Strong understanding of video editing, pacing and storytelling
- Comfortable editing Reels, UGC ads, brand videos and social content
- Good sense of music, cuts, transitions, captions and visual rhythm
- Basic understanding of colour correction, audio cleanup and motion graphics
- Comfortable using tools such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or similar
- Ability to understand references and turn raw footage into engaging content
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with creators and the shooting team
- Fast learner who is open to feedback and experimentation
- A portfolio that shows us what you can actually edit
