Work Schedule: 6-Day Work Week, Weekly Off on Tuesday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Position Summary The Video Editor will be responsible for creating, editing, and delivering high-quality video content that supports the organization's marketing, branding, and social media initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong creative and technical editing skills, along with the ability to work efficiently within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and property promotions.
- Create engaging Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, advertisement creatives, and property walkthrough videos.
- Incorporate graphics, transitions, effects, subtitles, and background music to enhance video quality.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content team to align video output with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Organize and maintain raw footage, project files, and video assets in a systematic manner.
- Ensure consistency in quality, style, and branding across all video content.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, tools, and social media content formats.




- Deliver final videos within set timelines while maintaining high production standards.
- Support basic shoot planning and on-site filming, as required.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; certification/diploma in Video Editing, Multimedia, or Film Production preferred.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in video editing.
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, color grading, and sound editing.
- Strong sense of storytelling, visual aesthetics, and pacing.
- Familiarity with content formats for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
- Valuable communication skills with the ability to take creative direction.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio or showreel of previous work is preferred.
