About The Role We’re seeking a passionate and creative Video Editor to join our growing kids' content team in Bengaluru. If you have a knack for crafting engaging, high-quality videos that captivate young audiences through compelling storytelling, this role is made for you.

As a Video Editor at BabyBillion, you will be responsible for transforming raw footage into captivating videos that resonate with children and their families. You will work closely with content creators, animators, and the marketing team to ensure that each piece of content aligns with our brand standards and educational objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a globally recognized brand, creating content that entertains, educates, and inspires children across the globe.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or a related field, although relevant hands-on experience may also be considered. Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro,



Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop is essential. Candidates should have a strong understanding of video editing principles, storytelling techniques, pacing, and visual composition.

Experience with motion graphics, basic visual effects, and color correction is highly desirable. A good grasp of audio editing and synchronization, along with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, is necessary. Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities are critical for success in this role.

Experience working on content for YouTube or digital platforms will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality videos for YouTube, social media, and the BabyBillion app, ensuring they are engaging and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Assemble raw footage into compelling, polished videos with seamless transitions and visual storytelling techniques.
- Add motion graphics, text animations, visual effects, and sound design to enhance the overall viewer experience.
- Perform color correction, color grading, and audio balancing to maintain professional-quality output across all content.
- Maintain consistency in brand style, pacing, and storytelling across various videos and projects.




- Organize and manage video assets, project files, and media libraries to ensure efficient workflow and easy retrieval.
- Ensure the timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
- Stay updated with the latest editing techniques, industry trends, and creative tools to continuously enhance content quality.
