About the Role

We are looking for a creative and passionate Video Editor to join our team. The candidate will primarily be responsible for creating engaging, trend-driven and visually appealing video content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and create Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, corporate videos and social media content.
- Develop creative video concepts based on social media trends and client requirements.
- Handle video editing, transitions, typography, animations, music, sound effects and basic color correction.
- Create engaging short-form content optimized for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Work closely with the creative, content and social media teams to convert ideas/scripts into impactful videos.
- Edit videos from shoots, interviews, events, testimonials and other raw footage.
- Keep up to date with the latest social media trends, editing styles, formats, sounds and transitions.
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned projects while maintaining quality and creativity.
- Make edits/revisions based on client requirements and feedback.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of video editing and storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects,



Photoshop or equivalent editing tools.
- Knowledge of CapCut / Canva / other social media editing tools will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other social media formats.
- Strong sense of visual aesthetics, typography, music selection and timing.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop fresh content ideas.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Candidate
- Experience in social media content creation will be strongly preferred.
- Candidates with experience in digital marketing agencies, advertising agencies or social media agencies will be preferred.
- Should have a good understanding of current social media trends.
- Should be versatile to work as per client requirements and project timelines.
- A strong portfolio/showreel of previous work is mandatory.
