What We're Looking For ✔️ 15+ years of experience in Financial Services Operations, Wealth Management, Broking, or Asset Management ✔️ 5+ years in a leadership role managing multi-product operations and large cross-functional teams ✔️ Solid exposure to Mutual Funds, Stock Broking, Insurance, NPS, Fixed Deposits, Bonds,



and other investment products ✔️ Experience in product implementation, operational transformation, digital initiatives, and technology-enabled process improvements ✔️ Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, operational governance, audits, and risk management ✔️ Experience working with Product, Technology, Business, Compliance, and external ecosystem partners ?
