Market: Domestic & International | B2B We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Vice President – B2B Sales & Business Development to lead our sales, business development, and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in B2B sales leadership, business expansion, revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and managing large sales teams of 100+ members across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute B2B sales & business growth strategies • Drive revenue, profitability, market expansion, and new business opportunities • Lead and mentor large sales teams (100+ members) across multiple locations • Build strong relationships with CXOs, key accounts, channel partners, government bodies, and strategic stakeholders • Identify new domestic and international business opportunities • Lead commercial negotiations, tenders, bids, and contract closures • Develop sales forecasts, pricing strategies, business plans,



and market penetration initiatives • Drive strategic partnerships and strengthen customer relationships • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction • Monitor market trends, competition, and emerging opportunities to maintain a competitive advantage We’re Looking For: ✅ 8+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Sales Leadership ✅ Proven experience managing 100+ member sales teams ✅ Experience handling multi-location sales operations ✅ Solid track record of achieving aggressive revenue and growth targets ✅ Excellent leadership, negotiation, commercial, and stakeholder management skills ✅ Strong strategic thinking and business development capabilities ✅ Willingness to travel extensively across domestic and international markets ✅ Industry background is open – candidates from diverse B2B industries are welcome ?
